Sponsorship

This is Texas Linux Fest's second year -- in 2010, we attracted 400 Linux and free software enthusiasts from across the state, and beyond. The conference committee is planning for a crowd of 600 attendees in 2011, representing business, developers, and home users of Linux and open source. You can be a part of Texas Linux Fest through the following sponsorship packages:

Platinum - $2500
Platinum sponsors will receive premium expo booth space, full-page color ad in the program guide, logo placement on the Web site, "bag stuffers" for the attendee gift bag, an interview blog post highlighting the sponsor on the TXLF blog, a press release announcing the sponsorship, and (if desired) a reserved classroom in the venue to be used as a training session, tutorial or lab during the day the Friday before the main event.

Gold - $1500
Gold sponsors will receive prominent expo booth space, half-page ad in the program guide, logo placement on the Web site placement, "bag stuffers" for the attendee gift bag, and an interview blog post highlighting the sponsor on the TXLF blog.

Silver - $1000
Silver sponsors will receive expo booth space, a quarter-page ad in the program guide, logo placement on the Web site, and "bag stuffers" for the attendee gift bag.

Bronze - $500
Bronze sponsors will receive expo booth space, listing in the program guide, and link placement on the Web site.

In addition to these established levels, expo tables are available for reservation at no cost for approved non-profits, open source projects, and educational exhibitors. Contact the sponsorship committee to make a booth reservation -- space must be reserved in advance.

Last but not least, there are other sponsorship opportunities available if your organization is looking to participate -- including evening events or parties, coffee breaks for the attendees, and other on-site options Friday and Saturday. Contact the sponsorship committee if you would like to get more involved!
